The registration on the EF1 site is completely free and the only condition is the agreement to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Regulations.

The rules aim to ensure a good and healthy environment for better enjoyment of everyone involved.

Rules

• Each player can have only one account in the game, and when you subscribe, you must provide your real personal information.

• The password should never be revealed to anyone, not even to an administrator. It is not allowed to transfer account ownership to another person.

• Never use profanity or inappropriate words in nicknames, internal messaging, backstage, forum or any other game environment.

• Bug is considered to be a system failure or error. Upon finding any kind of bug, the player must report the situation through the Support System.

• Never act illegally in order to obtain advantage for themselves or for others and never use any of these means to harm another player.

• It is not allowed to use automation tools such as scripts, bots or any other similar processes.

• When several players use the same computer or computer network, it should be reported through the Support System.

Punishments

In case of Rules violation, the administrators will decide wich penalty to be imposed, ranging from a short suspension to a permanent ban of the player. Relapsing will be punished more severely.

Final Considerations

Resources lost during the suspension period will never be restored. Players may not require the return of any investment made with EF1-Premium packages or resources lost while the account was suspended. Players with EF1-Premium packages are not entitled to any special treatment in case of a rules breach.

Any other cases that are not included in the rules will be judged by the EF1 administration. In case of changing rules, we will notify the players by posting a statement prominently in the site or by sending an email to the player registered e-mail address.
